The Foundation Louis Vuitton presents a major retrospective of Mark Rothko’s work. Curated by Suzanne Pagé and Christopher Rothko, this is the first exhibition dedicated to the artist since the 1999 retrospective at the musée d’Art modern de la Ville de Paris.

Art Explora Foundation, the international foundation that fosters new encounters between arts and audiences, locally, nationally and internationally, is pleased to announce that the call for applications for the Art Explora—Cité internationale des Arts Residency Programme 2024 is now open.  Application deadline: November 7th, 2023.

The Villa Datris Foundation for Contemporary Sculpture, created by Danièle Marcovici and Tristan Fourtine, presents each year a thematic exhibition that offers an original and committed reading of the creation of its time.

The Claude Bernard Gallery is dedicating an exhibition as a tribute to the master Antonio Seguí, who passed away in February at the age of 88 in Buenos Aires.

The first edition of Paris+ par Art Basel will bring together 156 premier galleries from 30 countries and territories. The fair will take place at the Grand Palais Éphémère through a program of collaborations with Paris’ cultural institutions and its city-wide sector Sites.

By next Saturday, September 18, visitors will be able to view Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s completed artwork L’Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped, Paris, 1961-2021. In accordance with Christo’s wishes, the artwork is being completed by his team in partnership with the Centre des monuments nationaux (CMN) and with the support of the Centre Pompidou and the City of Paris.

The world famous photography art fair announces the participation of 177 exhibitors from 25 countries for its 24th edition at the Grand Palais Ephémère in Paris. Alongside the usual Main Sector, Paris Photo presents Curiosa, dedicated to emerging creation, and Elles x Paris Photo, focused on the visibility of women photographers.

As the gallery announces exclusive worldwide representation of Villalba, it also presents the artist’s first solo exhibition since his death in 2009. Set for Art Paris 2021, the gallery will exhibit Villalbas’s 1960-1970 works under the title of Le réalisme de l’aliénation (The Realism of Alienation ) and curated by Manuel Neves.
