Cronotopías at the Museo de Arte Moderno de Bogotá (MAMBO) is the first institutional retrospective in Colombia dedicated to the visionary work of Argentinean artist Silvia Rivas. Since the late 1990s, Rivas has explored the expressive possibilities of expanded cinema, pushing the boundaries of video as a medium and creating multimedia and immersive environments. The exhibition is curated by Eugenio Viola.

Banco Macro presented El Oro de los sueños (The Gold of Dreams), the exhibition by Andrés Paredes which is part of a new artistic program within its agenda at the Corporate Tower. The program is called Macro Federal, an initiative to present artists from all the provinces of Argentina, starting with Misiones. It is curated by Patricia Rizzo.

Liliana Porter: The Task is the artist’s exhibition at Dia Bridgehampton. The exhibition comprises a new commission alongside a selection of works from the 1970s and video documentation of a recent play by Porter and collaborator Ana Tiscornia.

The Museo del Barro will present, in the context of Pinta Sud | ASU 2024, the exhibition The Colors of Resistance by artist Marcelo Brodsky. It is under the curatorship of Ticio Escobar.

The next Pompidou Museum project in Foz do Iguaçu will be presented by Luciana Pereira, Secretary of Culture of the State of Paraná, Brazil, at the Pinta Sud | ASU conference, to be held at the Casa de la Integración (CAF) on August 8, 2024. This will be the first Pompidou Center in Latin America.

The Museo Extremeño e Iberoamericano de Arte Contemporáneo (MEIAC) is extending until mid-September the exhibition Las líneas de la vida, by artist Pablo Reinoso (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1955), which deals with the concept of legacy.

Ch'ixifuturismo is the exhibition at Fundación Larivière that presents photographs by Florencia Blanco on Freddy Mamani Silvestri's architecture, in dialogue with works by Narda Alvarado, Tin Ayala, Iván Cáceres, Cristina Collazos, Miguel Hilari and Claudia Joskowicz, and curated by Santiago García Navarro. The exhibition includes 40 photos, a series of drawings, three videos and a film.

The CA2M (Museum Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo) presents the exhibition Ana Gallardo. Tembló acá un delirio. (A delirium trembled here). Curated by Alfredo Aracil and Violeta Janeiro, the show runs from March 2 to July 7, 2024. 

ARCOmadrid is being held until Sunday, March 10, and presented its Lexus Award for Best Stand to the Argentinean gallery W-Gallery. In addition, the galleries Remota and Piedras won the X Opening Award, which recognizes the best stand in that section.
