With an increasingly international focus on its events, Pinta Asunción Art Week will span five days filled with activities, including exhibitions, visits to artist studios, guided tours of prominent galleries and museums, and a FORO featuring international experts.

The curatorship is led by Irene Gelfman, Global Curator of Pinta, and Adriana Almada, General Curator of the event. Together, they lead a program that will strengthen cultural ties between the local scene and the international art world.

Pinta Asunción Art Week is supported by EFG, Global Lead Partner of Pinta, and stands as a key platform for cultural, economic, and artistic exchange, fostering collaboration between public and private actors. This edition will also serve as a driving force to boost the visibility of Asunción and its growing art scene, making this event a must-attend on the South American art calendar.

Pinta is the leading platform for the promotion of art in Latin America and Central America. Each year, it brings together artists, galleries, curators, collectors, and art enthusiasts through its three fairs: Pinta Miami, Pinta BAphoto, and Pinta Lima. It also supports exclusive initiatives like Pinta Asunción Art Week and, this year, Pinta Panama Art Week, offering unique experiences to explore their dynamic art scenes. Backed by Arte al Día, its editorial arm founded in 1980, Pinta also organizes events that celebrate and promote the art and culture of the region.
