Durban Segnini Gallery invites to the public discussion "Other Modernities / Other Genealogies. Geometric abstraction and pre-hispanic legacies"

Cecilia Fajardo-Hill and Adriana Herrera will talk in the context of the exhibition "Eduardo Ramírez Villamizar. Own and sacred geometry", curated by Nicolás Bonilla y Herrera. The dialogue will focus on the influence of the prehispanic legacy on the development of abstraction and modernism, both in the work of Ramírez Villamizar, and in Latin American art, beyond the influence of European movements.
