THE BRAZILIAN WAVE IN PINTA MODERN

Pinta Modern presents artworks from the beginning of the 20th century to 1960.  This section has been a focus during the 10 year trajectory of the fair, in which international galleries present high-level proposals, highlighting Latin American art that encompasses this period from Latin America, USA and Europe.

THE BRAZILIAN WAVE IN PINTA MODERN

Galeria Berenice Arvani specializes in contemporary art, with special focus on constructive artists. It is located on one of São Paulo’s most prestigious and fashionable streets, and their expositive policy alternates shows of locally and internationally renowned artists with Brazilian contemporary avant-garde names. Some of their artist’s works feature in the best museums and private collections.

Founded by Ricardo Rego in 2002, LURIXS: Contemporary Art is located in Rio de Janeiro, with a curatorial axis focused on Brazilian Concrete and Neo-concrete movements - and also on the complex legacy of those art movements in contemporary art.

The Luiz Caribé Art Gallery was founded in 1988 with the mission to contribute with the development of the art market in Brazil, by organizing art exhibitions in Brazil and abroad, editing and publishing books about art, and developing cultural projects.

Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art Show, in its 14th edition continues to present projects with international curators showcasing Latin American art with a global perspective in a unique platform.  As one of the main references of Latin American Art for collectors, professionals, museums, and institutions PINTA MIAMI establishes itself with an Ibero American focus, counting with the presence of Spain and Portugal.
