Luisa Fernanda Lindo, Still de video San Martín.

In her work, Lindo takes a tour of the three cities through snapshots that break with the bidimensionality of photography, presenting the image as a device of estrangement. In this way, the work allows a dialogue between the familiar and the unknown. Lindo explains that the goal of snapshots|instantáneas LIM / MAD / MEX will develop a visual, auditory and sensitive memory of each city.

The photographs taken by the artist encompass the peripheries and spaces that have witnessed, throughout history, economic, demographic, architectural or cultural transformations. In this way, he proposes to establish between these crosses that allow an approach to understand our past and present.
