HILARIO IV EXPERIENCE: AN ECLECTICAL AUCTION FOR THE FINEST COLLECTING

After six days of exhibition, Hilario. Art, Letters & Crafts Gallery of Buenos Aires fourth edition of its special auctions will take place this afternoon, starting at 19 o’ clock. Constituted by masters such as Max T. Vargas, Martín Chambi and Benito Panunzi artworks, among others, the lots of the auction have been rigorously selected and put in value.

The catalogue of this new edition brings together pieces from the most diverse disciplines: books, brochures, manuscripts, patrimonial photography, graphic work, posters and old maps. Accustomed to dealing with artists and historical collections, the works and objects auctioned in this fourth edition come, without a doubt, from the great masters of Latin American art and collecting.

In addition to the photographs of the south Andean masters , Auction Experience Hilario IV also includes historical pieces related to cartography and American bibliophile.

The exhibition that precedes the auction closes today at 18 o’clock to give rise to the auction. All works will be presented and auctioned in the gallery space, located on the emblematic Callao Avenue at of Buenos Aires city.

Hilario Gallery is a space dedicated to collecting and auctioning under the premise of a “collection inspired more by pleasure than by the search for a future economic profit". With numerous participations in the Wunderkammer sector of BAphoto and other fairs, the trajectory of the gallery legitimizes itself with the quality that it proposes in each auction, exhibition and participation that it does whether in the art scene or in the art of collecting in general.
